InterContinental Brisbane has unveiled plans for a major renovation, bringing a fresh perspective on luxury, design and hospitality to its iconic Queen Street Mall address.
Originally designed by celebrated architect Harry Seidler, the landmark building is set to be reimagined by renowned design studio Woods Bagot, blending its architectural heritage with contemporary elegance and Brisbane’s relaxed subtropical lifestyle.
From beautifully redesigned guest rooms and an elevated wellness offering to a refreshed pool deck and vibrant new dining destinations, there’s plenty to look forward to. Among the highlights? An Argentinian-inspired grill, an intimate Italian pasta and wine bar, and a reimagined lobby bar made for everything from after-work drinks to weekend catch-ups.
