The Fashion Trend That’s Making a Comeback

Just like bold sequins, structured mini skirts and anything low-rise, the double denim trend has been
regaining popularity in recent years, but 2023 sees this trend being interpreted by fashion icons and
celebrities, giving it a fresh and modern look.

So, before you grab your oversized jackets and baggy jeans from almost 20 years ago, the trend has
changed! The double denim look is now slimmer and more fitted, focusing on high-quality denim and
unique styling in new tones. The key to nailing the double denim look is to find the right balance
between the two pieces and to choose the right shade of denim. Whilst the iconic classic light wash
denim is a fail-safe option, branch out and try a bold navy tone or beige wash denim to make a
statement.

Another way to wear the double denim trend is to play with balance and incorporate the cropped
shirt trend. The cooler days will see me wearing this Dissh Beige Denim Jacket and Jean on repeat!
I’ve made the cropped jacket the feature statement of my outfit and worn it as a top, but I can just as
easily pop on a tank top underneath and wear the jacket more casually open over the top. This beige

occasions on which you wouldn’t wear this. And to hop on the versatility train, with winter coming
