Wintergarden is located in the heart of the CBD within the Queen Street Mall. It is easily accessible by car or public transport and is a short walk away from both Central Station and Eagle Street Pier.

By Train: Wintergarden is within walking distance from Central train station. By Citycat: Wintergarden is within walking distance from the Eagle Street Pier and QUT CityCat terminals.

By Bus: Bus routes include all major streets within the CBD, Bus stations within walking distance of Wintergarden include King George Square and Uptown.
