Set within the light-filled space of Latitude 27 Kitchen, guests will enjoy a beautifully curated selection of savoury bites and handcrafted sweets, all prepared fresh in-house by the pastry team. The experience begins with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne, perfectly complementing a menu that balances classic favourites with seasonal creations.
